Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1-4 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends, public holidays, high-volume periods and verification checks may extend processing time. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated transit time is generally 7-20 business days, depending on destination, carrier capacity and customs clearance. The estimate shown at checkout or in a shipment notice is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking events may take several days to appear after a number is issued.
